Deal-alert sign-up is fully opt-in — we only email you if you explicitly check the consent box, and you can ask us to remove you at any time (see Section 8).

Noviqix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8 — we will respond in accordance with applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act, where applicable).

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
